Day 1 - ARRIVAL at Puy-Saint-Vincent at any time:
Puy-Saint-Vincent is a very friendly ski resort at the edge of the Ecrins National Park.
This Hotel is a French 2 star and a 3 cheminees logis de France quality award hotel; it is renowned for its good food as well as its excellent comfort (sauna, Jacuzzi – on option, bar).
Dinner at the hotel.
On option transfer from Turin airport.
- Snowshoeing in Vallouise
Day 2 - Guided Snowshoeing - Discover the area
If you can walk you can snowshoe! To acquaint yourself with the snowshoes, we will enjoy very rewarding walk in the forest. We will climb up to "Le Rouchas" and will enjoy a panoramic view over the Vallouise valley.
Ascent: 300m Distance: 6km Time: 5 hours

Day 3 - SNOWSHOEING - Oreac Plateau - Animal Footprints
We will explore the Oreac Plateau where the white hare and the protected "Tétras Lyre" leaves. Vincent will also tell you more about snow and wild life prints. During the walk you will climb the Oreac Summit, from where the view over the Fournel valley, famous for ice climbing, is superb.

Day 4 - FREE DAY or trip to Briançon
Enjoy the area at your own pace, visit the old village of Vallouise or just relax!
Or, you can enjoy a fantastic visit and take a trip to the town of Briancon enlisted as a UNESCO world heritage site. Sample its local craft shops, local food and wines, and so much more! Lunch in Briançon.
Vincent is available if you prefer to continue snowshoeing (possible from the old Briançon town itself).

Day 5 - WINTER Multi Activity
Puy-St-Vincent domain is a resort suitable for skiers of all levels. For cross-country skiing, Vallouise valley will allow you to discover this activity with easy tracks. Pick one of these three activities below:
•Self guided downhill skiing: Puy-St-Vincent resort.
•Guided Snowshoeing: Enjoy a walk in Ailefroide, super village.
•Self guided cross country skiing: Vallouise / resort area.
On option, possibility to take downhill or cross country ski lessons with ESF (French Ski School).

Day 6 - WINTER Multi Activity
Pick one of these three activities below:
•Self guided downhill skiing: Puy-St-Vincent resort.
•Guided Snowshoeing: Enjoy a walk in Ailefroide, super village.
•Self guided cross country skiing: Vallouise / resort area.
On option, possibility to take downhill or cross country ski lessons with ESF (French Ski School).
- Stop at a Mountain Hut.
Day 7 - SNOWSHOEING - Fournel Valley
To make our last day memorable, discover the "Fournel" valley where an old silver and lead mine has been rediscovered.
We will join the "Anon" pass giving access to the "Freissinières" valley.

Day 8 - FAREWELL!
Leave Puy Saint-Vincent at any time.
On option: transfer to Turin airport.
By plane (if flight schedules remain identical as 2010 winter) : -From Dublin access to Turin and Grenoble.-From London access to Turin, Cuneo, Grenoble. -From Glasgow access to Turin, Grenoble. -From Liverpool access to Turin, Grenoble. -From Birminghan access to Grenoble and Cuneo.
