Day 1 - ARRIVAL at Puy-Saint-Vincent at any time:
Puy-Saint-Vincent is a very welcoming ski resort at the edge of the Ecrins National Park. The Hotel is 2 Star (3 cheminees logis de France) quality awarded hotel. It is renowned for its fine dining as well as its excellent comforts (Sauna, Jacuzzi and bar). Dinner in hotel incl.
Optional: Take a transfer from Turin airport.

Day 2 - Guided Snowshoeing - Discover the area
If you can walk, you can snowshoe! To acquaint yourself with the snowshoes, we take to the forest for a very rewarding walk. We will climb up to "Le Rouchas" and take in the spectacular panoramic view over the Vallouise valley.
Ascent: 300m Distance: 6km Time: 5 hours

Day 3 - SNOWSHOEING - Oreac Plateau - Animal Footprints
Today you will explore the Oreac Plateau where protected species like the "White hare" and "Tétras Lyre" live. Your tour guide will also reveal some interesting trivia about the snow and the wild life prints. You will complete the walk by climbing the "Oreac Summit" where you can see the famous "Fournel Valley", renowned for its ice climbing quality.
Ascent: 582m Distance: 8km Time: 6 hours

Day 4 - FREE DAY or visit BRIANCON
- Take the day to explore the area on your own. You could visit the old village of Vallouise or simply just relax in the peaceful surroundings!
- Venture off to the town of "Briancon" enlisted as a UNESCO world heritage site. Sample the local food and wines and browse the many craft shops the town has to offer. Lunch in Briançon incl.
Your tour guide is also available for snowshoeing.
- Stop for Picnic Lunch.
Day 5 - WINTER- Multi Activity
The "Puy-St-Vincent" resort is suitable for all who ski (Beginner- Expert). For cross-country skiing, Vallouise Valley is perfect for beginners because of its mild tracks. Pick one of these three activities below:
•Self guided downhill skiing: Puy-St-Vincent resort.
•Guided Snowshoeing: Trek to Ailefroide; It is a beautiful village.
•Self guided cross-country ski trip: Vallouise/ resort area.
Optional: Take downhill or cross-country ski lessons with ESF (French Ski School).

Day 6 - WINTER- Multi Activity
Pick one of these three activities below:
•Self guided downhill skiing trip: Puy-St-Vincent resort.
•Guided Snowshoeing: Enjoy a walk in Ailefroide; it is a beautiful village.
•Self guided cross-country skiing trip: Vallouise/ resort area.
Optional: Take downhill or cross country ski lessons with ESF (French Ski School).

Day 7 - SNOWSHOEING - Fournel Valley
To make your last day memorable, we will explore the old silver/lead mine, which has recently been discovered in the "Fournel valley". We will then take the "Anon Pass" to gain access to the "Freissinières valley".

Day 8 - FAREWELL!
Feel free to leave Puy Saint-Vincent whenever you wish.
Optional: Take a transfer to Turin airport.
